Our Story
Switchpoint Garden is a social enterprise of Switchpoint Community Resource Center, a St. George nonprofit working to end poverty and homelessness in our community. Inside our climate-controlled greenhouse, rows of growing towers produce crisp lettuce, salad mixes, and fresh herbs every week of the year, even through the desert summer.
We grow using aeroponics: no soil, just roots misted with nutrient-rich water inside vertical towers. It uses up to 90% less water than traditional farming, which matters here in the desert, and it means your greens are harvested minutes away instead of trucked in from another state.
And here is the part that makes us different: we don't keep the profits. Every dollar this garden earns goes back into Switchpoint programs that feed, house, and employ our neighbors in need. When you buy our greens, your grocery run becomes an act of giving.
